I own a 2002 Winnebago Rialta. Basically a VW Eurovan that Winnebago slapped a cabin on. To say this is a unicorn is no stretch. Finding a shop willing to work on it, let alone competently, was a challenge till I found Blue Wrench. Their crew has gone above and beyond repairing my RV, including refurbishing un-obtainable parts I appreciate their straightforward, no BS approach and the skills of their team. Good communication throughout multiple engagements with zero surprises. Highly recommended.

I bought a set of tires from blue wrench after previously taking my truck to get repairs done. After under 5K miles on them, I had a defect blow a bubble in the sidewall of the front passenger, creating a huge imbalance and loosening the valve stem. I lost a lot of air out of the tire and got immediately off the freeway. There had been a little bit of sidewall damage from this happening at 75 mph. I took my tire off and took it down to the shop in hopes that these guys could help me out. These tires were not cheap by any means and fairly big. Will immediately got on the phone with the manufacturer and stepped up to bat for me. The manufacturer, of course, fought them and said because of the sidewall damage from rolling without air that they were not liable… The manufacturer expected me to be airlifted the second of malfunction to a dead stop off a moving freeway 😐. Blue wrench ended up covering the cost for a new one for me. These guys are both honest and good people. They did not have to do that for me, but they wanted to stand behind the product they sold me. I really appreciate them and will be back for future repairs as well as recommend them to other people. Thank you to Will especially for handling this and making it right. Tire malfunction can happen it’s very unfortunate the manufacturer wouldn’t stand behind their product but I’m extremely fortunate the seller stood behind me.
