These guys straight up robbed me. And then tell me it'll be a week before we can give you an answer whether we can refund your money or not blatantly. They don't care. They just took $600 a mine to put a tube in a tire, and they couldn't even do that right and detect that name Ryan. Couldn't hurry to get out there enough cause he knew what was going on.But he wanted to get home, he didn't want to make sure the job was done.Right straight up crooks , no lie!

I had a tire blow last year and their team was able to get me six tires for my vehicle by the next day. (Not common tires) They got them put on first thing in the morning and I was able to make my trip. Very appreciative of the work they did!

I had new rims put on my Raptor, the whole process was a great experience. From choosing the rims, to the service of install. Great Crew!

I was extremely happy with Heartland Tire-Spencer. With being a busy woman and always on the go, they were able to come pick my vehicle up from work, have my tires rotated and the oil changed, and bring it back! They made this process extremely easy for me, I didn’t have to take time out of my day to sit at the shop and wait for my car to be done.

I have been going to Heartland (fka Graham) for 11 years. The staff and techs are always friendly and very welcoming. They are thorough in explaining what the problem is and are very professional. So many times they have come to my place of residence to pick up my car and return it completely fixed. This service is phenomenal for us older seniors who find it difficult to get out at times.
