THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL JOKE! I called ahead to ask if they had a used tire-they said yes. I got there five minutes later, and imagine that-every used tire was “sold.” The only thing they could offer was a ‘new’ one for $250. That’s dealer pricing, not a back-lot shop that can’t even keep its inventory straight. Since my car was already jacked up, I said fine. Then the guy tells me he has to ‘go get’ the tire and just disappears for over an hour while I’m sitting in my car- in their driveway (their business is at their home) with his dad, who doesn’t even speak English. So I couldn’t even get an update. The dad had gone back inside their house so I finally knocked on the door and had the dad call him. When I got the son on the phone, I told him to forget it -I just wanted to leave. He finally rolls up an hour and a half later and clearly irritated, blames me for “wasting his time,” refuses to put my tire back on, and tells me never to come back again. He told me that ‘I agreed when he said he was leaving to get the tire’ …but did you say you would be gone for almost 2 hours? Why would I want to sit in your driveway that long? He rolls his eyes, then he storms into the garage like a child, his dad follows, and they leave me stranded in their driveway. No apology, no explanation-nothing but rudeness. Who leaves a customer sitting for over an hour and then gets mad about it? It makes zero sense. The arrogance was unreal. My friend had to come put my spare tire on just so I could get out of there! The whole thing was sketchy, unprofessional, and honestly felt unsafe. If you value your time, money, or safety, stay far away from this dump. They are clueless about customer service. There are plenty of other shops that won’t lie, vanish, or leave you stranded-pick any one of them, and you’ll be better off. I wouldn’t trust these people to air up a bicycle tire, let alone touch my car.

Good service, se lo recomiendo , I, recommend this tire shop for good prices and emergency services. I’m from California casi through to Ohio and he helped me when everything was closed and had a good price.

Are the reviews from friends and family?😭 Similar to Derek, I had an emergency(My tire blew out) but was not offered a new tire, disposal of tire, and work for $250. Instead I was charged $300 for a used tire that supposedly came from a dealership which meant lower mileage (Turned out not to be true), plus afterhours work. This is despite telling my husband they were open 24hrs as their Des Moines location was closed. Husband called at 11:57p while I was getting a spare tire put on my car. They called me at 12:35a to confirm I was going and I told them yes, my ETA was 28mins. Got there and was told it was too late. PARDON!? I couldn't go over 50mph with a spare😭 They kept reiterating that it was too late so I told them it was okay, I would figure it out in the morning, but they ended up swapping my tire. Felt like they wanted me to know they were going out of their way so they could charge me a fee for it. BUT thank you for telling me about the wires in the tire when you gave me back my busted tire. I wasn't given a receipt for taxes, I am formally asking, please send it!😬 I wish I knew better and sadly there was only so much my husband could do over the phone to help me navigate this situation. I feel so taken advantage of as a solo woman traveler and understanding nothing about cars/tires/etc. There is a lack of integrity and empathy. Do better and good luck👍

I called on the spur of the moment and inquired about a pair of used tires and when checked they had a pair, I was told to call back when I knew I could arrive. It was about half hour later I called and let them know I could be there in about 15 minutes and was told to bring my car on in. I was greeted by a nice older gentleman who immediately started working on my car while I’m assuming it is his son was working on changing my tires out in the shop. They had everything swapped out and replaced within half hour or less. I would highly recommend this tire shop, fast , friendly and affordable !

I was absolutely 100💯 satisfied with the overall experience… First being with how quick they were to responded to my messages on marketplace messenger… It only took about and hour & half all together… That would include having the conversation on messenger, to drive 25 minutes to them and with them installing the 2 new tires…. I can’t forget that it was also a really good prices… Which included the tire and the installment for one low price… I highly recommend them to alll my friends and whoever else might be in need a tire… Look like they have about every size too…
