I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I dropped off my daughter's car this was the second shop I brought it to with the same break issue. Another shop had difficulty figuring out the problem but performance plus did an amazing job. Danny was extremely knowledgeable and was able to fix the issue. He went above and beyond and made sure my daughter's car was done by Christmas eve. This was my first time there but definitely not my last. 10/10 I would recommend 👌

Took in for an inspection due to a smell of gas and my normal mechanic in Altoona was closed. They had an opening at 930am so I took it however my car was not looked at until almost 4pm that same day. I was advised it would be $1500 as my fuel pump and intake fuel lines needed replaced. I decided to take it back home to have my mechanic look at it after the weekend. I took it to my mechanic, who looked at it within 10 minutes, and told me it would be about $500 or so but since the engine was new in September, I should take it to the dealership who put the engine in to double check as looks like some lines were not done right, something Performance Plus did not suggest at all and my mechanic didn't say anything about a new fuel pump (I have used and trusted this mechanic for 5 years now). In future, I will either wait for my mechanic or go somewhere else as I will not go here again.

My husband and I were headed to NW Iowa for a conference when we had brake trouble right near the shop. We were seen quickly and given a price and had the work done. It was a great experience. They took care of us. Sorry for crying in your waiting room. I was really disappointed in being late for our conference.
