Really had a great experience at this dealership! Cherie the saleswoman, Dave the finance guy and Tony the manager really went above and beyond for me! I've read all of the previous reviews, and I understand not everyone is going to have a great experience at a used car dealership, but I truly have to say I had a great experience. I wanted to trade my truck in for something a little newer and nicer and from beginning to end they all really helped me to find my truck. I really appreciate Cherie!! She was so helpful and was great in helping me through everything! I can't speak for everyone, but me personally I recommend this dealership if you need a car or truck. Great experience and would definitely work with them again! Thanks Cherie, Dave and Tony!!

Had a great experience working with James. He does not use any high pressure used car salespeople tactics. He is informative and helpful. Definitely recommend working with James!

If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT PURCHASE VEHICLES FROM THIS COMPANY. The customer service is great but it is to only blind you from the countless issues you will be dealing with after you leave with it. “Any problems within said time we will fix it on us” was the biggest lie. We drove hours to bring these shysters our business. I wish someone would have told me before purchasing. My girlfriend purchased the vehicle and they without a doubt took advtange of her because her lack of knowledge on vehicles. I have been putting in money and labor with things that should have been taken care of when brought in AS PROMISED. Instead all we got was lies, a weak handshake, and broken promises. If you value your family do not put them in one of this dealers vehicles. -5 Stars

I had a fantastic experience working with Cherie at Kars. She is one of the best and incredibly helpful person. She makes sure I chose and got a beautiful car. Her communicative and professional throughout the entire process was amazing. She made everything smooth and straightforward and went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. I’m very happy with my purchase and I will be back for my second car. I would absolutely recommend Cherie to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Update - I originally left a 5-star review because the buying process felt great. Unfortunately, the experience after purchasing the car has been extremely disappointing. As part of my purchase agreement, the dealership agreed to put on new tires. A few weeks later, every lug nut on my right rear tire came off except one. The lug nuts on the other tires were also not properly torqued. While the dealership apologized and said they would look into it and follow up, they never did. That was months ago. It has now been several months since I bought the car, and I am currently on my third temporary tag. I’ve been told the title is still with the previous owner they bought the car from, which honestly makes me question whether it’s even legal for me to be driving this vehicle. To make matters worse, I was sold a warranty and told it was the best coverage available. Now the transmission is failing, and dealing with the warranty company has been a nightmare. I’ve had to fight just to get basic bolts covered, and the labor rate they’re willing to pay is what shops charged ten years ago. The initial sales experience does not reflect the reality of ownership afterward. I would not recommend this dealership based on what happens after the sale.
