I went to Car-X because I had a flat tire, and it was quite stressful since it was my first time dealing with one. Nate was very helpful and checked my vehicle right away. The technician fixed the tire for free and explained that a ring on the tire had come loose. I really appreciated their honesty, quick service, and willingness to explain the issue. Thank you to Nate and the team for making a stressful situation much easier.

View on GoogleHad some issues with my front drivers side tire making a small noise. Took it in and they said my cv shaft and tire rods were bad and causing the noise. Quoted me $1800. I called around to other places for quotes and ended up choosing Stephens who said they would do it for $1000. I take my car in and they say my cv shaft and tire rods are perfectly fine. The noise was from all the lug knuts on my tire being extremely LOOSE. So Car X lied to me and tried to quote me out a lot, on top of literally loosening my tire/not putting it back on properly. Note: The noise was 10x worse after having Car X inspect it. Do not go here.
