Bought several vehicles through them. Absolutely wouldn’t go to another dealership. They’ve been honest about the vehicles, advised what was wrong and what would best suit me for my needs. Even advised me not to purchase a car due to issues with the vehicle. I went against their word and bought said vehicle. (They were right to tell me not to). This is a used dealership so have the understanding it is AS IS. That being said they’re more than willing to work with you within reason. Such personable people and absolutely amazing customer service.

BEWARE Depending on who is working, you will be judged by your looks as you walk into this establishment. I had asked for details on a particular vehicle that was listed on their website and was met with "what car? That car? Thats the owners wife's car, thats alot of money. That's 30k" Who says that to a first time customer? It saddens me to write this as this place was recommended to me by family. To the gentleman working, you are the exact reason why used dealerships get the bad rep that they do.

Smart Auto Sales wife bought a 2012 dodge,,made a offer they rejected it said car was worth it cause his mechanic work on it.. first day eng light went on,,dual oil was bad suposedly/ thet replaced.. now the rear end was found to be very low on fluid and bad.. called smart auto.. they said they would lookinto it,,,and nothing.. we paid cash and they asking price because it was to be ok to drive. your service and reply time sucks and your mechanic is not up to chercking cars for problems..rear struts were totally shot..fronts also but not as bad. ya got your money tho..buyer beware in the END they just blew it off and ignored us.. i ended up spending around 8 grand to make it road worthy, after a year.wife was totally unhappy so i bought her a 2023 jeep. from southtown where my sister in law works if anyone needs a new car contact her in sales kati ... 1 star wouldnt let me do a ZERO

This is the second car I have bought off of them. Asked them to wash the dust off of this one and fill up the tank. They took it to the car wash but left the gas tank almost empty. Not sure I will deal with them anymore.
