I called sales guy and told I just moved to Norwalk just turned 50 and I want something different and jeep truck is what I got, he knew everything I asked and was so dam honest I’ll be back to buy my wife one here soon. I’m very pleased with my turn in and great people even encouraged me to stop smoking and I’ve done it 3 days so far. Everyone of them people you have working there I could be barbecue n in my back yard , thanks so much for this jeep , it’s what my life was missing

Worst dealership ever! Southtown is horrible. They had my vehicle for over four months. The new part they were putting in my vehicle was faulty, and they tried to charge me for their faulty part. Told them I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle and I never heard from them. We asked a third time and still never got an appraisal on my vehicle. I’ve bought three vehicles from this dealership but now that out salesman has retired, they treated us horribly. I highly highly recommend finding another dealership! Southtown is not the same dealership I was once knew!!! And from what I’ve witnessed, they are far from!!!

Good experience at Southdown Dodge Service Department, I took my 2021 Ram 2500 here for an oil change last week for the first time. They had friendly staff, reasonable price, I didn't not feel they were pushy, or trying to sell me something I didn't ask for. I was able to schedule it online the night before for a 7:30 am appt, they were done in a very reasonable amount of time. I plan on continuing to use their services going forward.

I got an oil change and it took about 1.5 hours and I waited for it. The waiting area had no coffee (early AM appt) and was a small room and a little cramped. I will never wait for my vehicle while it's being serviced here and based on the effort they've put into the waiting room that is what they want.
