BEWARE. They skimmed my card and charged a bunch of fraudulent charges to my account. It was the only place I had used that card (brand new), so I know it was them who skimmed it, and the charges were all from restaurants and bar in and around Indianola. DO NOT GO HERE.

View on GoogleThank you to Pioneer Quick Lube, Indianola. My husband brought our truck in for an oil change. He asked if they could change out a battery we brought in. They did with no extra charge! They did that service above and beyond for free! There are still good people out there. Thank you!
View on GoogleI have been using Pioneer on & off, for years. Whenever I go in, they seem to find problems, like broken dipstick holders or a wrong filter size, it is NEVER their issue. It was always the place before them, who tried to scam me or break my vehicles. These guys are quick, honest, friendly, and only do the actual things your car needs! When I go elsewhere, it’s always for some kind of deal, like tire rotation, with my oil change. I almost always regret going else where! These guys are where it is at, and do it affordably and honestly! When they found my busted dipstick, the guy spent an extra 20 minutes, gluing and taping it back together, and helped me order the right part, making sure I could drive my car, as safely as I could with broken parts, before explaining how to change the tube, so I wouldn’t need to spend an extra $150 at a dealership. The part cost me $8 with shipping! If I could give another 10 stars I would!!

What a pleasant surprise. They got me right in. The staff was so kind and courteous and they went over and beyond! I am a returning customer for sure. Thank you!!!!!!
