Austin was phenomenal. I test drove several vehicles. I ended up purchasing a Camry from him, and I love it. Very honest. Did not feel any pressure from him. He has a lot of great, clean affordable cars on his lot. Would absolutely recommended to anyone.

He kept his shop open late for us and didn't rush us at all, encouraging us to look at everything and pulled reports for us, answering all our questions. His mechanic is awesome at his job and even has other connections throughout Iowa. Next time I'm buying a car, I'll be back and recommending him to my family and friends too.

I purchased a vehicle here, and within ONE WEEK it broke down. When I contacted Austin, he assured me multiple times that he would fix the issue. That never happened. Instead, I was given constant excuses and empty promises — “tomorrow,” “next day,” over and over again — with absolutely no follow-through. I gave him a full week to make it right, and nothing was done. Communication became a joke. I was repeatedly ignored, brushed off, or fed the same delays with no action. On top of that, getting the title was another frustrating experience. It took far longer than it should have, and again, I was told “tomorrow” multiple times before I finally received it — for a vehicle that doesn’t even run. This has been a complete waste of time, money, and trust. If you value honesty, reliability, or basic customer service, do NOT buy a car from here."
View on GoogleWent with my best friend to buy her a car. Was told his mechanic looked it over and the only issue was the back passenger side wheel bearing needed replaced. Wrong it was the back drivers side one that needed replaced. Said he checked the breaks and that they were perfect, wrong again. Both back brakes had a pad completely worn down (metal to metal). When the wheel covers were taken off there was so much dirt and rocks under them, there was no way at all they had been removed to check the breaks. Main air flow sensor had to be replaced as well as spark plugs. Bought March 3rd and have maybe been able to put 15 miles on it. Keeps dying at stop signs and lights. Now more money has to be sunk into it. It's a good thing we have several mechanics in the family. The detailer he uses needs to do a better job as well. Found cheese puffs under the seats. The car wasn't even registered in the company's name, it was still in the previous owners name.
