★★★★★ Outstanding Service Beyond Expectations I cannot say enough good things about the Tesla Service Center in Council Bluffs. While driving from Chicago to San Diego on June 1, my Model 3 suddenly displayed an “Unable to Charge” alert and could only charge to about 99 miles of range. After carefully managing multiple charging stops, I made it to the Council Bluffs Service Center, where the team quickly diagnosed a failed high-voltage battery. The initial news was discouraging. I was told the battery needed replacement and that a new battery might not be available for several weeks. Being over 1,500 miles from home and trying to make it back in time to celebrate my 30th wedding anniversary with my wife, I felt stranded. Service Manager Nicole Schulte went above and beyond. After hearing my situation, she searched for alternatives and came back with incredible news. She was able to coordinate a solution that allowed my repair to proceed immediately. I am also deeply grateful to the fellow Tesla customer whose kindness made this possible. Nicole arranged transportation to a nearby hotel, Technician Chase Sousa worked quickly and professionally to replace the battery, and Nathan Lainson took great care of me throughout the entire process. Less than 24 hours later, I was back on the road. Thanks to this amazing team, I was able to meet my wife in Las Vegas on June 4 and celebrate our 30th anniversary as planned. Nicole, Chase, Nathan, and the entire Council Bluffs team turned what could have been a trip-ending disaster into one of the most memorable customer service experiences I have ever had. Thank you for your professionalism, compassion, and dedication.
