I had a great experience at SAPP Brothers, and I want to give a special shoutout to Nicholas at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, he showed genuine professionalism and compassion. I explained my situation I was on a tight schedule trying to stay ahead of time for a shipper and he didn’t just brush it off. Nicholas actually took the initiative when I was initially told it would be about 30 minutes at the Speedco he saw my sense of imperative urgency. On top of that, he went above and beyond by speaking with the mechanics directly to see where they could squeeze me in. Because of his effort, adjustments were made and I was able to get in right away. As a first-time customer, I truly felt valued and taken care of. Avoid this shop. Very slow and bunch slobs here that always do half job that will cost you money later down the road. Across street at Speedoco fast they’ll get you in and out. Time is money in trucking don’t let sapp bros shop at this location hold you back and let techs that don’t have clue touch your equipment.

I wasted my time expecting proper service and only got empty promises. Very irresponsible attitude toward customers — I do not recommend this place! I came to them from 200 miles away. I didn't deliver the load. Now think that their promise is worth it

The women at the front desk talk down to people like they’re clueless kids, with zero patience or respect in their tone. It makes the whole experience frustrating, even when the actual repairs are done right. If management matched the professionalism of the mechanics with staff who know how to treat customers like adults, this place could be great. View on GoogleWhen I asked how much would have to pay for replacement of 4 Airbags on my 53 ft dry van, she said "I don't know ". They ordered my Airbags start working on my trailer in 4pm. 5pm my trailer was ready to go. Wasting my time another 25 minutes, waiting for my bill. In 5.25 pm I paid 1761$ parts and labor. The bill was for 3,8 hours labor??? Unbelievable. Overpriced bill. Stay away from this shop.
