My car was making a grinding noise by the time I reached Council Bluffs from Memphis Tennessee. A family member recommended New Covenant Car Care. Being mechanically inclined I suspected bad bearings because my brake pads were still close to new. Shane took it for a test drive and said it must be the brakes. I argued with him. He took it for another test drive, this one longer. Then he inspected the bearings and brakes. He discovered the brake calipers were sticking due to degraded brake hoses. He replaced my brake hoses, brake pads, turned rotors and also agreed to service the transmission as an add on request at a very reasonable price. I have only good things to say about this place. They do not pay their mechanics on commission which is huge. They do timely, high quality honest work at an affordable price. I only wish New Covenant Car Care was in Memphis Tennessee!

Finally found a mechanic I can trust! I will never go anywhere else….NO WHERE! I had taken my van to get an oil change at a well known business here in CB. As you can see, they certainly didn’t change the filter for a long time! Very thankful I found New Covenant! Honesty, Integrity, and fair priced!

I will definitely be back in the future and I highly recommend this shop for both foreign and domestic vehicle repair. I got a much lower price for a full synthetic oil change than what I usually pay at many other locations I've taken my vehicle to!
