I was referred to Nate by one of my employees who is a diesel mechanic, and I’m incredibly glad I followed that recommendation. Nate went above and beyond in every aspect of the job, and I can’t thank him enough for bringing my dad’s truck back to life. When I first came in during the fall, the truck only had a minor external head gasket leak. Nate gave me a fair quote and explained what to watch for if the issue got worse. He didn’t pressure me at all to move forward with the repair at that time, which I really appreciated. We decided to hold off because of cost, but by spring I reached back out. I was fully prepared for the truck to be in the shop for two full weeks, but Nate got an impressive amount of work completed in just two and a half working days including the head gasket, radiator, water pump, timing job, tune-up, and a few additional minor repairs that came up along the way. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine desire to go above and beyond for his customers truly stand out. This truck has been in our family since it was brand new, and I’m grateful to have it back on the road so we can get many more years out of it as a daily driver.

It’s a relief to find an honest technician that really knows his vehicles. I had my truck in for an AC component. When the part went bad again six months later (due to another upstream part going bad) Nathan warrantied the part and labor, although I’m pretty sure he didn’t have to. Nathan’s quality of work is top notch, his shop is spotless, his pricing is fair and he is quick. I highly recommend him if you’re having vehicle troubles, especially if you have a Ford. And since I have a Ford, I have him on speed dial.

View on GoogleA very generous respectful name in auto repair business. My truck had a major mechanical failure 35 miles east of NC AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR on I80. Towed into the property late on a Sunday evening, I called Nathan and left him a message and he was quickly to respond early Monday morning with the diagnosis. The repair required extra time and effort that I did not want to put the burden on him, so I elected to have the vehicle transpoted Colorado. He was acurate and did not want any payment for his time. This is what I call good people!!!! I must mention the awsome tow truck company A&D towing. Highly recommend NC AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR!!!!
