I'm from Texas, and was visiting my mother, when my rental car had a low tire light on. I stopped at this Ford dealership and asked for some air in my tires. A very friendly service advisor named Todd gladly assisted me and added the air to all 4 tires. We talked about the dealership as he help me out, telling me about how great of a store it was. I really appreciate his help and highly recommend this store to anyone, stop by and ask for Todd. Thank you!

They do not return calls. They think they don't need to worry since there aren't other Ford dealerships in Council Bluffs. They forget that Omaha and Des Moines aren't that far away.
