We had an amazing experience here! Brought a car for a pre purchase inspection. Ashton and Collin were extremely informative and helpful in explaining the report. Easy to schedule and they worked with us when the dealer made our appointment timing difficult. I cannot express how grateful we are for their candor and expertise in helping us make an informed decision. Would definitely recommend!!
View on GoogleFantastic service and very reliable work! You can get in super quick and they are very honest about the work that needs done. Ashton is great at explaining results from inspections and what the vehicle could use in the future. Although they are a bit more expensive than other places I know the work is quality and I trust that they will not add on services that are not needed. Will continue to go back for all my car troubles!

Great crew and they really treat you with respect. They were upfront about cost, laid out prices for everything I may need, and ended up removing some cost for things that I ended up not needing. That really stands out when a lot of places would just charge you the estimate you agreed to. I appreciate the integrity. Definitely found my new go to.

Within 36 hours they had diagnosed this issue as something somewhat more manageable and fixed it. They didn't oversell me or upcharge the fix, they were very honest about the work and charges and were overall extremely pleasant to work with. I would absolutely recommend Mad Hatter to anyone in the area who needs their work done smoothly and efficiently!
