The staff is very knowledgeable. I had hail damage and they took care of everything quickly. It’s been a flawless process. The facility is well maintained. Everything seems clean and kept up with. The hours are typical business hours so nothing was inconvenient about communicating with me or dropping and picking up the vehicle. I’m very pleased with how things turned out. I’d definitely recommend them to friends and family.

We reached out to set up a time to get an estimate and discuss length of time to get the work done. A date was scheduled the following week. The work estimated to take 2 weeks and was done in a week. The professional and great staff kept us updated almost daily and answered any questions we had. We will return again if we ever need work done.

The car looked better than it had in years when they were done. Will highly recommend to friends!
View on GoogleWe were referred to kaizen by friends after getting a quote from another shop that was insane. Thank god because it was half the costs and they did an amazing job!! Had the car back to us within a week the staff were great and friendly and fun and we are already going back to get the rust spots on my truck repaired. We will definitely be using them from now on for all our car repair needs!
