Finally found this Jensen tire! They are kind HONEST professionals all of the young men who work there!!! I love these young men!! Thank you for your kindnesses and work you've done and well see you next month!! View on GoogleI easily booked my appointment for an oil change and was quoted 1 hour to complete the job. Upon arrival I asked if they could check my rear taillights. I had been told I had a light out. They completed both jobs in 50 minutes. John & Garrett are the Dream Team.
View on GoogleGreat experience. I called in the evening and they got me in the next day for a 4 wheel alignment and mounted and balanced 4 tires for me at a great price. Didn’t try to push any unnecessary repairs and thats hard to find these days. Greatly appreciated
View on GoogleGreat experience at Jensen in Council Bluffs. Called in last minute to get wheels/tires balanced due to some vibration at highway speed, figured I must have lost a wheel weight or something. Staff was friendly, communicative, and even able to get me in that same day with only a half hour wait. The technician explained clearly what they had found and how they fixed it. Turns out I just had some pretty bad corrosion between the hub/rotor and the back of my wheels. They cleaned the surfaces off and then rebalanced all 4. I took my vehicle out on the highway afterwards and everything was silky smooth. Overall a great experience for my first visit to Jensen.

The only glitch was something that is not directly Jensen's fault and that is the tire supplier who was behind with the deliveries which made, everyone, I assume, have to wait longer for Jensen to slap them on. Once they arrived, everything was smooth and the payment was easy. I plan to entrust all my tires to them. And encourage them to maybe think about a backup for that supplier.
