Customer service is alive and well at this local business. 👌 They answer their phones and your questions. Not a problem one, with their scheduling. A big secure fence around this business ensures your vehicle will be safe. I have no problems with that at all.
View on GoogleAfter two years and three botched vehicles brought to this place, I’ve finally learned my lesson. First car my corvette z06; my microphone still hangs loose from my rear view mirror and falls out of the roof liner. Real pro job. Vehicle two Toyota 4Runner head unit install, shorted out consistently after install, fixed it as it was improper grounding and installation. Vehicle three jeep commander head unit install + backup camera - back up camera never worked correctly / consistently had another shop fix.

But they reassembled the interior pieces wrong and some pieces had tabs broken off and microphone for Bluetooth was broken and crazy glued back on to a hole they drilled. I wanted to show them how some pieces came apart but their ego would not listen.
View on GoogleI’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for weeks. I spoke with the owner James several times he never returns calls & scheduled me in after we spoke. Their work may be good I wouldn’t know but their customer service & punctuality are definitely below standard.
View on GoogleVery unprofessional would not recommend using them I used them there smart start and came in to get my trucks ignition interlock recalibrated they told me they were going to charge me $25 plus tax comes out with a receipt for $160 not once did he say they were charging me more then the 25$ service fee now I have to go and try to dispute this with an automated service what a joke
