We spoke to Matt on the phone a couple of days ago regarding our 2002 Dodge Dakota. Since we had taken it to Atherton's for repairs about 6 months ago, we thought we would call regarding another issue we were having. We were told immediately that they no longer work on vehicles older than 2005. The tone of voice and demeanor of Matt was extremely short and rude. The Dakota is in excellent shape as far as the body and it is very well taken care of. Matt decided to give us a reminder of all the things that were wrong with it and he even went as far to say it wasn't in very good shape. That is actually untrue. There were some things that needed to be taken care of as far as maintenance and we had taken care of many of those items. Not a good experience and don't feel anyone should be talked to that way when you are calling to do business.

Scheduled an appointment with Matt a couple of days before drop off. They did the job quick and well. Told me a couple of things they noticed while they were working on it but unlike the stereotypical Auto Repair shop, they don't pressure you for more work. They just bring it to your attention. Family has gone there for decades!
