Installed a used steering column upside down and billd me $300 for the used part and then tried telling me that it was upside down because my wheels were turned. And then tried saying that the additional electrical problems that it had were part of the problem from when it got dropped off. Stick with GM service centers at official GM dealerships if you want fast courteous and effective service on your GM vehicles.

Norm is an honest, patient & knowledgeable mechanic. I had issues with my limousine AC and he's the ONE of SEVERAL mechanics who was able to diagnose the actual problem for proper replacement/repair. I won't have anyone other than him work on my vehicles from now on!
