Southern Tire Mart at Pilot

Mannnnn... I come through here every so often. This eagles landing pilot, used to have a shop called wingers, which Southern tire Mart took over. Freshly remodeled, super clean, and everybody here especially the ladies up front are so so nice! I came in here to get an inspection for the company I'm leased on to. I'm doing a trade of equipment, so they pulled me in to do my inspection. Chad was my technician. Man, this guy knows his stuff, and with all the text I've dealt with in my day, he's one of the best. Very empathetic, very thorough, very knowledgeable, very nice, just a super cool dude all around. Day before yesterday, he did my inspection on a truck that I just bought, and even though the dealership did the inspection, they overlooked some things that were very significant. He couldn't pass me, and suggested that I go back to the dealership where I bought my equipment and have them make it DOT ready, which I did. I will review The dealership shortly. So I drove back to Sioux City, and the dealership weren't too happy with the tech, but stood behind their brand and made significant repairs, at no cost to me. I drove back down this morning, and I am about to get another inspection. Let's hope I pass. This shop also offers towing, if you break down on the side of the road, and they are very fair price wise. Knowing the expertise of this facility, I would definitely get work done here if I needed to. Thank you STM, we will meet again!

Once, sometimes twice a week I drive from West Des Moines to Omaha or Blair on I80 to see grandchildren. I was driving back home last night, April 7th, and just after I passed Avoca around 9pm I hit something and my rear tire started deflating quickly. After a very painful 45 minutes wasted with AAA who had no one to dispatch to assist me, I took matters into my own hands. They actually suggested to have highway patrol get me to a hotel for the night. Kameron and Garrett from Southern Tire Mart came to my rescue, put my donut spare on and I was on my way back home. Since I still work a full time and part-time job I needed to be at work this morning for meetings. I really appreciate the kindness, care and great service they gave this grandma!

Great people. Towed me in at the end of the night after love's bailed on a job that they had started. The manager of this location got the part picked up on a Saturday and had me out like he promised. Don't hesitate to give them your business. Solid folks

This garage literally was a godsend. Negative temperatures snatched my trucks soul away…even with me adding anti-gel!! Needless to say the manager Chad, the sweet receptionist chick & shop guy all took great care of me. Was able to heat up & bring er back to life. Thank y’all from the bottom of my heart💕

What a great group in here, good people. Needed alternator did parts run to get it opened my hood belt broke and belt tensioner blew out did a parts run for me. I did the work myself but what a good experience. It seemed like they genuinely cared don't get that much these days.
