Quality Paint and Body did an excellent job repainting the driver and passenger side mirror caps on my 2017 Lexus RX 350. I stopped in for a quote, and Jasper, the estimator, came out to inspect the mirrors. We discussed different repair options and what would be the most cost-effective approach. Jasper is very knowledgeable about auto repairs and how parts are assembled, which gave me a lot of confidence. He provided a very reasonable quote, and once I scheduled the work, it was completed earlier than expected. When I picked up the vehicle, the mirrors looked fantastic—like new. I am extremely pleased with the quality of their work and the overall experience. I would absolutely recommend Quality Paint and Body for any auto body repairs. We brought it to Quality Paint and Body Jimmy Jasper and the wonderful ladies ! They treated us like family and we adore all of them. Our car looks better than before the accident you cannot tell it ever happened! If you need body work this is your shop!
View on GoogleEXCELLENT workmanship. Our only issue was communication. I’d prefer have them contact me regarding completion and pick up, however; it was up to me to call each day and learn that there were delays and extended work necessary. They were friendly, but I never got a return call. It always came down to me calling, day after day, and usually the tech assigned to our two cars weren’t in. All that to say, the work on the cars was exceptional, and they detailed the cars prior to returning to us. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, but if communication is a deal breaker, set your expectations low. We worked with them for over two weeks on two separate cars, and found them to be pleasant to work with overall.
