Steve, Ricardo and Aaron are wonderful. Purchased a set of tires in April and had great service. Had a tire issue on my other car and these gentlemen went above and beyond to help. Great customer service from a group of fine gentlemen. They have earned my repeat business.
View on GoogleI got 4 new tires today. The experience and service exceeded my expectations. The cost was better than a few other places I had shopped, the service from Steve was kind & efficient and they were fast. I was in & out within an hour! Top notch service! Highly recommend!
View on GoogleI went to Tire Discounters for the first time today and was able to get four brand new tires, an alignment, and a synthetic oil change for under $500. Other tire places around Woodstock easily charge double that, some do not include free alignment, and none include an oil change. Aaron Rich was my service manager and he was personable, knowledgeable, and energetic, like a QT cashier (y'all know what I mean). I also heard another manager named Steve talking to his customers, and showing true empathy for their car difficulties. I like this place. It's next to City BBQ, which will be my next review.
View on GoogleI cannot recommend Steve enough. He helped me with all my car problems and if you need a reliable friendly mechanic this is the place to bring your car problems to! The entire process was far less stressful than I’ve ever experienced. He was knowledgeable and his professionalism really stood out, and the best part you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. He took the time to explain things clearly, was honest about what needed to be done, and made me feel confident my car was in good hands. Finding a mechanic you can truly trust is rare, and Steve is definitely one of them.

Even when I called in, he took the time to help me, answer my questions, and made me feel extremely comfortable right away. When I arrived, he continued that same level of care. Steve really took his time helping me find the best tires for my car and the best possible deal. He went above and beyond, making sure I left feeling confident and taken care of. He was patient, honest, and knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I understood my options without feeling rushed or pressured. On top of all of that, Steve is funny and has such a warm, welcoming personality. He truly makes you feel valued as a customer and as a human being. Service like this is rare. If you visit, ask for Steve. He made the entire experience easy, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. I am beyond grateful and will absolutely be coming back and recommending this place to others.
