I cannot say enough good things about My Mechanic Joe shop in Woodstock. Unfortunately, I had some bad repairs done by another shop. I took my car to them and by the next day they had my car repaired. They took the time to explain to me everything that needed to be fixed and why. They were professional and very reasonably priced. I will be taking all my business to them from now on.
View on GoogleI thought I had a costly problem with my truck but when I went in they noticed it was not a huge issue like I thought. They were quick, upfront and honest. They are affordable and have made me a life long customer. John and Tabitha were great. Honesty in auto repairs is extremely hard to find. They are my go to now for everything from oil changes to replacing a motor if I need it. I can’t say good enough things about them!

My car was at another shop and after that shop failed to diagnose the actual issue with my car, John and the mechanic doing the work (I didn’t get his name) were able to figure out the issue and made it as affordable as possible for me. They even helped me find a recall on my vehicle which seemed to be the reason all these repairs were needed. They also helped me get compensation from the original shop after they discovered I was charged for work that was not preformed on my vehicle. My mechanic Joe worked quickly, they kept me updated and they got my car running again. I am so grateful for their help and will be coming back to them with all my maintenance work. It’s hard to find trust worthy shops but this is definitely one of them.
View on GoogleWe took one of our company vehicles in for new brakes, for a second time, they were completely honest with us and explained that we actually didn’t need all that much done at this point and suggested a significantly less expensive but equally viable solution. Their professionalism and ethics are something we have very rarely experienced in the automotive repair world, and they have some awesome dogs. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for auto mechanic work or repair in the Woodstock/Canton area. Also, they have awesome dogs to keep you company in the waiting room!

They took care of me immediately and did an exceptional job of disassembling and reassembling everything. You can tell they were well informed and knowledgeable. Genuine people that didn’t try to rip me off with a simple Job. I would recommend them to anyone!
