I’ve been having issues with my car for over a month and we had started to give up hope after taking my car to THREE previous mechanics. Two of them being trusted by family my entire life. MTM being our last ditch effort at fixing my car that I thought was just unfixable. We’re parents, so trying to take care of issues while working, having a child and operating out of one car gives us very little time to get these things taken care of. The problem ended up being super small and they got my car back to me within 24 hours. They made a very small mistake that left me with a few more issues, but after a quick call after hours, they were more than willing to take a look at my car again free of charge and took full responsibility for the mistake. The car is running perfectly now with NO ISSUES and we cannot praise them enough, they’re extremely knowledgeable and honest. Thank you so much! We will be returning with any future issues we may have with our cars.

I had a fairly expensive repair done at M|M less than 5k miles ago, and the same symptoms came back. Based on past experiences with other mechanics, I was ready for a fight. But when I dropped it off, things went very differently—they didn’t ask me for money, just took the truck, quickly found the faulty part (still under warranty), and fixed it. Less than a day later, the truck was ready, and all I had to do was sign. It was such a refreshing experience. I walked in expecting resistance, but they stood behind their work and made it easy. Great service.

Avoid these clowns like the plague. The transmission on my suburban was slipping and on its way out. I didn't have time to mess with it so I had this MTM drop the pan, change the filter, and swap just the fluid in the pan, which they charged an arm and a leg for btw. Didn't really help but I knew that might be the case. No problem, it's high mileage so I sold it to a mechanic who is going to fix / flip it. He gets under the car and finds 3 bolts on the transmission pan almost backed all the way out. It's indefensible.
