I purchased a new Ford Explorer in January 2026 a couple months ago. My driver side window won’t go up sound like grinding when I try. Setup an appointment & they said it would take a couple days to find out what’s wrong & I had to leave the car. I asked if there’s a loaner that is usually standard & he said no they cut the loaner fleet from 75 to 50 cars. I asked so what do I do he said I don’t know. Now overall I like this dealership & this review is only about a service experience…but when customers have a new car with warranty & something isn’t working that takes the car away from them for a couple days there should be a solution. With just a window not going up or down I was assuming I would sit in the waiting room for a hour or two and they would see what part is needed and schedule me to come back at the day/time that they could fix it. They did set this appointment from earlier in the week for today so someone should be ready to check it. But if they need it for a few days they should have a loaner ready.

Nicole was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her attention to this sale was amazing. She located the exact vehile I was looking for my wife. Nicole then drove the new blue Bronco to her job and we suprised her. It was a dream delivery caught on film. I have heard from my wife everyday with a smile on her face like a kid at Christmas still shoked and thankful for her Outer bank Blue Bronco 💙 Keys in hand and all paperwork was done. Took my truck in for routine maintenance and tires. I was able to set my appointment time online and they were ready when I arrived, no waiting. I was fortunate enough to get Michael Belcher as my service advisor. I had to leave my truck for a couple of days due to some updates needed, but Michael made me aware up front so there were no surprises. Great communication all the way through and I never had to wonder what was going on or when it would be ready. Michael was always very quick to return calls and was just top notch all the way through. Great service!

Visiting the area from out of town and I blew a tire. I almost went to a tire shop to just buy a new tire. Decided to call a dealership first to make sure my warranty would or would not cover the tire. The first dealership I called hung up on me. I called Krause. They answered immediately, got me to the service center, and Mark was very attentive. I apparently have a specialty tire. He was able to get it for me and get the new tire put on in less than 48 hours. I was so impressed and thankful, since we were on vacation and had our kids with us. We were on a bit of a timeline to get the tire replaced to be able to get home and get back to work. 10/10 recommend the service center here. They took care of us like part of the Krause Ford family, even though we were just dropping by.
