Extremely Honest and Trustworthy Mechanic. I am incredibly lucky to have found Joe's Automotive. My car had a terrifying issue where it would lose power and shut off while driving. The price was exactly as quoted, with absolutely no hidden fees or unnecessary upsells. They were also very professional and accommodating with my tight schedule. It is rare to find a repair shop this honest and professional. They have earned a customer for life, and I will only bring my cars here from now on. Highly recommended!!!!!!!

Absolutely 10/10 every time! My family and I have been coming to this mechanic for a few years now & will continue. Owner DJ is kind, honest, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary work. The repairs are done quickly, the pricing is fair, and my car runs perfectly. It’s rare to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but this is definitely one of them. So I have been seeing these mechanics since I moved out of my parents house at 17 years old and have always found the front desk mechanic, DJ to be a very trusting man when it comes to diagnosing my car the right way. However this last time around I came in due to a coolant leak that has been progressively getting worse over time. He started off by keeping it a few days to see where the leak was coming from and told me later that I needed a new alternator and a new radiator. I had brought it in because the coolant was leaking very fast out of my car and the engine light kept going solid and the battery light was flashing intermittently. He told me just based off where there was wet spots on the radiator that I needed a new one and a new alternator. After two weeks of leaving my car in the shop for those two car parts to get replaced, I gave DJ 1500 dollars just to get in my car for the problems to remain the same. Engine light turned on up the street and the battery light continued blinking. When I called the store a few days later they said “well you know your car is just known to have issues.” Which to me sounded like a cop out. So I take my car to one of my mechanics at my job. And he noticed immediately that it was my water pump leaking and we fixed it for a very cheap price and it only took a few hours. NOT A FEW DAYS. And the mechanic found the root of issues within a few minutes seeing that the water pump was visibly corroding. I just felt like DJ at Joe’s automotive was throwing pointless guesses at the source of the problem instead of digging deep to find root of it the problem. Causing me to have thrown out over 1,000 dollars for a problem that wasn’t fixed only because there was no intentional inspection on my vehicle.

Do not ask clarifying questions unless you are European. They Will get impatient very quickly with you. Even begin yelling and lecturing you because and I qoute " I am tired of repeating myself". JT proceeds to tell me that he has given me enough free stuff, and I still don't want to pay. And he's angrily saying this (over the phone). Mind you I didn't ask him for any free stuff. The bill was 2,040 for replacing the starter and flywheel. I didn't at anytime say I wouldn't pay. My experience with JT and one other member was extremely disappointing to say the least. I am not sure why I am surprised, but I am. Patience is virtue in business, but sadly it appears to only be reserved for a certain segment. I can almost guarantee they would have been patient if I was European American. Now off I go to pay up and peacefully pick my van. What's life without some excitement? It's the challenges that make it worth living 😁😁
