I had an outstanding experience at Flyin' Wrench. From start to finish, the service felt genuinely personalized - Bryan specifically - took the time to understand exactly what I needed, explained the work clearly, and kept me informed throughout the process. It never felt rushed or transactional. My car is a bit of an uncommon model (2005 Volvo V70R with a manual transmission), and finding a shop with the expertise and confidence to service it properly isn't easy. The team at the Flyin' Wrench had the technical knowledge, tools, and the attention to detail require to fully service it, which immediately set them apart from other shops. The quality of work was excellent, and the car drives noticeably better as a result. Because of their professionalism and demonstrated expertise ,this is now the only place I would trust to service my car. I would highly recommend them to anyone - especially owners of specialty or uncommon Euro vehicles- who wants top tier, customer focused automotive service.

Flyin’ Wrench is as professional as a high end dealership service center. I’ve received the same level of customer service as I have from Volvo, Mercedes & Jaguar service centers with cars of my past. They assign service advisors that communicate with you throughout the process & they use an advanced digital estimate service that shows you detailed information for repairs/inspections/cost, etc. Patrick is my advisor and he’s great! I am grateful to have their help in taking care of my car so I can enjoy it stress free. Flyin’ Wrench takes the worry out of ownership of a 25 year old German car.

We're very grateful for allowing Flying Wrench to service our vehicle so far. They have technicians who are familiar with Land Rover vehicles and go beyond the normalcy of troubleshooting any problems our vehicle has to ensure that it will be road ready. I appreciate seeing the personal checklist of items performed before releasing the vehicle back to us. Their front desk staff are always attentive and poise to solve problems as they present themselves. They don't make excuses they just take care of the issues. Older model car parts are becoming rare to find and it can be worrisome at times but so far they've humbled my concerns about this issue also. We look forward to having them complete a tedious job that was recommended in the future because they noticed the problem that no other shop that has worked on the vehicle prior to selecting them. We also appreciate their veterans discount and their willingness to attempt to make every task affordable based off of understanding that money doesn't grow on trees. Our decision to choose them came due to noticing all of the exotic cars they have on display at the shop and we said if they can work on a Lamborghini or Land Rover should be a breeze and so far so good. We've had same day service and the vehicle has had to stay with them a few days. With both experiences they have surpassed our expectations and removed any doubt or concerns that we could have had. Other shops on Canton Rd have left us in shock and frustration due to horrible service on this vehicle but I believe that we've been blessed with choosing Flying Wrench! My only regret is not knowing about this shop earlier in life. Keep Flying High Ladies and Gentlemen of this establishment!!!
