Everyone at Townlake Christian Brothers were amazing. They drove me home since my repair would not be done in a day. The repair was under warranty so I owed nothing. They cleaned yp the oil repair as best as one can so that there was a lot less residual oil smell than if I took it to a major auto dealership that starts with an H and ends in Onda. Plus they finished my auto the day the parts came in ahead of schedule.

My dad has been using Christian brothers for well over the last decade until his passing a cpl months ago. They are very down to earth & good people to deal with.very reasonably in their prices & top notch in communicating with the customers. I was very pleased to do business with them and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Got a pre-purchase inspection for a 2025 Mazda CX-5. They were timely, polite, and very professional (I spoke with Mark Kendall). I was provided photos and descriptions of all the things they examined on the car. The total cost was just under $180. This is more expensive than other local shops, but the professionalism, customer service, and peace of mind are worth the extra coin in my honest opinion.

My car wouldn’t start about six days ago. After 30 minutes, it miraculously started again, so I brushed it off as a minor issue. I decided to research potential problems and find a reliable mechanic. I’ve been to CB in the past for convenience, but I stopped going because their prices were too high. I decided to give them another chance three days ago and provided them with all the necessary details to diagnose the problem. I agreed to a diagnostic test to verify my theory, but when they called, they only wanted to upsell me. Their first recommendation was a new battery from them at a wapping price of $550 (50% mark up), even though I had a warranty with a local parts store. They ignored initial rebuttal to exercise my warranty and started talking about other repairs I might need. I told them that I needed to resolve the issue that caused my car to stall, but they continued to focus on replacing it with their battery and not excerising my warranty. I rented a car drove to the auto parts store, got my replacement and upgraded it to the model tried to upsell, drove to CB, and they installed it right there. They charged me $50 to install the battery, which I could have done myself if that was all they needed to do. I asked them to check my starter again and I felt ignored, I never got proof it was tested. Needless to say, I’m stranded again with a new battery because that was never the real issue.

From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt confident about the repairs being done. They fixed my car quickly and efficiently, and what really impressed me was that they even offered me a ride home while my vehicle was being worked on. That level of care and convenience really shows how much they value their customers. It’s hard to find a business you can truly trust, but this is definitely one of them.
