It’s been a few years now that I have been getting my car serviced at the Woodwork location. Everyone is very helpful giving information and they check out the vehicle from top to bottom with a report on the outcome and if needed an estimate. There is no pressure just a suggestion. I suggested you also to a friend. Keep up the excellent work.
View on GoogleI had a great experience at this shop today. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I really appreciated the time they took to investigate what could be wrong with my car and how attentive they were throughout the process. My car issue had been causing me a lot of stress, so it meant a lot that they took my concerns seriously. The wait time was a bit long, but that's to be expected at a busy auto repair shop. Fortunately, they have a comfortable waiting area with complimentary cold drinks and coffee, a TV to help pass the time, and free Wi-Fi. If you plan on waiting, I'd recommend bringing a book, headphones, or a laptop/tablet so you can get some work done or stay entertained. I didn't mind the wait because I was able to use the time productively. Unfortunately, I didn't get the names of the employees who helped me, but I want to thank all of them for their excellent customer service. I truly appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for trustworthy auto service.

They’re consistently thorough, friendly, and fairly priced, which already sets them apart. My most recent experience really showed how much they go above and beyond. After dropping off my car, I walked to a nearby grocery store and got a ride home, only to realize I had accidentally left my house keys with them along with my car key. I had no way to get back inside and couldn’t line up a ride or get my husband home from work. When I called the shop, they didn’t hesitate. Someone came out quickly to bring me my key, which saved the day (and my groceries!). That level of care and kindness is rare, and it’s exactly why I trust them with my car. Highly recommend Chloe’s Auto to anyone looking for reliable, honest service.
