I had my window regulator replaced on my 2010 Hyundai Sonata and honestly, I was really impressed. They were super considerate the whole time, explained everything clearly, and even showed me how the mechanism worked so I actually understood what went wrong. It didn’t feel like they were just trying to get the job done and leave they really took the time with me. I’ll definitely be using them for any future repairs.

To be clear the only reason I left this review I was told after the highest price and me explaining that the truck is jacked up and tire is off the bolt is ready to be took off. After going back in forth within 3 different conversations. I WAS TOLD SENSE Its READY AND EASY TO GET TO THAT USUALLY COST MORE!!! MIND BOGGLING The office was short with me basically made fun of me after the highest price interaction. Within this reply you can see the smarty pants communication it was the same way over the phone! Horrible experience I CALLED to get a BOLT removed from my caliper NOT BRAKES NOT EVEN BEING TRUTHFUL IN REPLY. IT WAS A WOMAN NOT A MAN ANYHOW?! 2 min job first qoute $120.00 then to $130.00 then I was told will call you back then it was $270.00 I get mobile mechanics need money but dang. I explained the tire is off its ready to unscrew I was told that would cost more???? I said its (already ready for you would cost more)?? There in woodstock dallas area to.. I called someone from Atlanta $160.00. FYI ATLANTA ISNT LOCAL.. To many price gouge these days Please call around dont be so quick to spend with someone. Very unprofessional.. I would run the opposite direction than back to this company. Very rude very childish also no need for it! Look at the reply and how they communicate just very rude and childish! I was qouted 800 for my brakes!! Liar and again I told the lady I didnt need brakes I need a bolt removed from my caliper I asked for low and highs as worse case cutting bolt etc then the rudeness kikd in... Please call around when getting work done unfortunately we live in a liar kinda world.. Let's this also be clear i left the review with no service due to how I was spoke to. IT WILL COST MORE WITH EVERYTHING OPEN AND EASIER TO GET TO.. IM GLAD YOU REVISED YOU COMMENT BUT I HAVE A SCREENSHOT OF IT YOUR RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL THAT EASY.. MAYBE dont make fun of your customers call them stupid when I didnt put that bolt on. Or say hey its easier that cost more?? If were a joke ok funny it was dead serious why I felt to share.. Then to make a fake review on my business page is really funny your reviews show 1star quite a bit 1 out of 6 or 7 jobs me zero!! Well untill I left a real experience to your business I received a review from someone never heard of seven or something 🙃 ya I know...I didnt call for brakes i called for one bolt took out please be truthful... perhaps you weren't in the conversations so you replying 🤔 is kinda wrong I dont need brakes I never did I asked about rotors and a bolt getting took off worse case cutting off etc.. most of the reply isn't factual due to these reasons ..But you did leave me a bad review and you called me different names.. Again you want to fix this come take my bolt off like I first called for give me a honest rate then ill leave another review over my total experience. But sevyn needs to fix his stuff to? I was told 3 different prices i was told if the bolt is on the back it would cost more!!! I was also told with everything ready or off would cost more!!!!! This is all real.. im not making it up... call me you know how... leave a message please. Id like to fix this somehow if you want to also!! Maybe somehow the word got mixed up in the grapevine... That stuff does happens! I needed help and I felt belittled ... ive never left a customer like that!!!! Maybe things got blown out of proportion. Im a man i can admit my faults !!! Id like to fix this i dont expect no discount no bs like that but fair would be real nice! Hope to hear from you.. Maybe my assumption is wrong after sevyn though 🤔 that was obvious... hope to handle this differently

I was pleased with the quality of service I received. They gave me a better price than the first few places I called and were able to come out same day. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional, I'll definitely contact them again the next time I need a repair

Just had some work done and it was a solid experience, top to bottom. The scheduler was receptive and helpful. I called right before closing on a Friday, they still answered and were able to get me booked for the next morning. The technician, Cairo, arrived on time, was pleasant to work with, cordial, and knowledgeable about the work being done. The work was completed with no up-sells or attempts to be sneaky about pricing. Pricing itself was fair, especially since it's an on site mechanic that came to me. I plan on using this team again in the future, and I'll be requesting Cairo again as the technician.

I called this company for a battery replacement i was told they would be there around noon. At noon i called to see where there at and a different office administrator answered and said they had no record of a visit! I was very frustrated got a little upset and the owner told me it was him he forgot to write it down i was told i would get a discount my first qoute was 130 plus the battery cost after they finished the cost was 590 bucks i couldn’t believe it. I called and begged to reduce the price he got rude and said life aint free and hung up on me! Ive never been treated so poorly and after my experience i looked at all the reviews many where bad on communication etc I do not recommend this horrible business run— fast
