Last year Todd put four new tires on my wife's 2021 X5. It road so well on a January 4,150 miles road trip to Phoenix. Recently I noticed some metal protruding from a tire and I spoke to Todd who recommended I bring it in so they could have a look. She stopped in on a recent afternoon and it was discovered that the metal had punctured the tire. Nolan effected a repair and as he was reinstalling the tire noticed a second puncture which he also repaired. Thank you, Todd and Nolan, for going the extra mile to ensure my wife didn't wind up with a flat tire.

THESE GUYS KNOW BMW. We took our i3 with weird issue that was shutting down the car in a dangerous way. Having experience with the car, they new the problem before we even brought it in, and they were right. We have since moved on to another i3, and we will only take it there if we need any diagnosis and repairs. We trust them completely. Also the waiting room and bathrooms are spotless and very inviting. Class act all around.

Todd at Bavarian Repair is absolutely amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest, soft-spoken, detail oriented, and truly looked out for my safety in driving the vehicle. He took me back into the garage to show me exactly the repairs that were needed and explained the repair in detail, but in terms I could understand. He did two repairs for me in the span of about 6 months. I would not hesitate to bring my car back to Bavarian. Thank you Todd & Team!!!

So pleased to have found such a terrific shop close by for my cars! Long time BMW fanatic over many years, but somewhat new in this area. That sent me searching for service I can count on for years to come. Todd's shop came recommended from some locals online and had terrific reviews; plus I always feel safer with my cars when the shop's track car is right up my alley! I had some minor work done (somewhat typical blown boost pipe on a F30 N55), they installed a hardened aftermarket kit for me to replace the somewhat fragile stock plastics (imho). They handled a kit they had not seen before with proper time and testing - solid installation. Todd has exceptional knowledge with BMW's - his positive attitude makes me feel his shop and crew can tackle anything I can throw at them. Appreciate the time and attention to my latest in the BMW family - thank you Todd, family and crew!
