Can’t say enough about my experience at B&P tire today. From the moment you pulled up, someone greeted you with a smile they installed two brand new front tires and did an alignment on my Ford F150, the tire guys was so friendly and Mr. Chris went above and beyond to make sure my alignment was good. He even checked my exhaust free of charge and did a free AC inspection. I highly recommend B&P tire in Woodstock. you guys are the example of what great service is. Thanks to Chris and his team

I just want to start by saying that this shop is different from the rest. I made a post on yelp requesting a new clutch after it started slipping. Within 10 minutes, at 9pm, Chris reached out to me immediately with a quote and some questions. I have a manual 370z and it’s hard to find local shops that don’t charge a fortune to work on cars like that, but Chris gave me quick assurance that he has worked on many sports cars and even my car, many times. The quote was significantly cheaper than other shops in the area, but the best part was the responsiveness and true care that Chris provided, I dropped off my car the following day, and Chris drove my vehicle to confirm the issue. He put together some options for clutch kits, including different price ranges based on my needs. I ultimately ended up bringing my own parts, which he left the decision fully up to me. Chris is a very very experienced mechanic but he is also down to earth and truly cares about helping customers without you feeling like you are being taken advantage of. He was available to answer questions anytime, and even recommended I get a few small parts that would be easy to swap while the transmission was out. This was above and beyond, no gimmicks, just a true master mechanic that cares about fixing cars the right way. He called and gave me updates throughout the job, and his team did a very thorough inspection of my vehicle top down, including pictures and descriptions, but he never pressured into more work. He did exactly what the job required. Everyone I met at the shop was wonderful. If I could rate it a 6/5 I would. Not to mention this was all coordinated and completed the week of Christmas. He didn’t rush either. Overall I think I found the shop for me from now on. 10/10 work B&P Thank you for all the help!

Absolutely amazing experience! Chaille provided some of the best communication I could’ve asked for from start to finish. Their shop is by far one of the most transparent and trustworthy places I’ve ever worked with. The initiative their team takes, along with the lengths they’re willing to go to in order to fulfill requests and help customers, is truly beyond incredible. You can tell they genuinely care about the people they serve. 10/10 would highly recommend this shop to anyone — even if you’re just traveling through and need emergency assistance. Outstanding service all around!

My brother referred me to this shop. I came in for a diagnostic test due to a failed emissions test. I worked with Chris, and he was very polite and kind. He was honest about the work that needed to be done and the pricing was fair. The work was done pretty quickly. The waiting room was pretty great. Enough space for everyone to sit and wait. I will be a repeat customer. Thank y’all so much for getting me in and out.

Chris and the team at B&P Tire and Auto Repair did an excellent job servicing my car. The work was done right, and the final price actually came in lower than originally quoted, which was a great surprise. I recently went back for a tire leak, and the service was great. The is an honest and reliable.repair shop. I’ll definitely be back and I highly recommend them.
