He took the time to understand the issue, my timeline, and what I was trying to avoid. Their team did a detailed diagnosis and recommended a solution that was quick, clear, and significantly more affordable than going through the dealership. Communication was straightforward, the process was easy, and they also offered drop-off and pickup options if needed. Overall, this is a great place if you prefer a smaller, more personal auto shop instead of a large chain or dealership service center.

Automotive Dynamics helped with a warranty issue on my F150 that Ford wouldn't. James worked with the warranty company to replace the engine and provided pictures and updates all along the way. Service, communication, and the work were all amazing. Will highly recommend this shop to anyone. A+

The loaner car service was convenient and the price to repair my fuel sensor and related items was great. I dropped my car off in the afternoon and it was repaired the very next day. John was very friendly and put my mind at ease. It is great this shop is not far from where I live and I will use them exclusively for all my service and repair needs.
