First time going here for a hand car wash and it was below a normal standard. There were so many things to point out that I just counted it as a loss of money and left. The car wasn’t even dried off. It was barely vacuumed. I had to ask her do they vacuum from the amount of stuff remaining. There was lint on my screen and mirrors. I won’t be back.

View on GoogleKinda hard to find a place with this great of prices for their oil changes. They also have a service bay where they can do some smaller repairs on cars. Everyone there is so nice I’ve known them for years and they’re all good people. A lot of people aren’t happy with the car wash but they’re also expecting a full on detail in 20 minutes from 3 people, with 5 cars in a line while it’s 80 outside. The washes are just alright, it’s enough to get you to the next one. I come here every time for any of my oil changes and will always recommend to all my friends to do the same.

View on GooglePro Tech earned all my business going forward from today. My battery died and I got a jump to get to an auto parts store to replace it. They said they couldn’t install it because a nut was rounded off on a cable. So they jumped it again and I drove to the garage I used when I used to live in Villa Rica. They were too busy and sent me to a nearby auto dealer. The auto dealer said they couldn’t do it because it looked like one of the cables would have to be replaced and they can’t do aftermarket parts. They sent me to Pro Tech. By this time, I was hot and sweaty and cranky and burst into tears the minute the nice woman behind the counter asked if I needed some help. She listened to my story and then got a mechanic inside so I could explain to him the issue. He said he’d take a look at it. I sat in the nice cool air conditioning in the VERY clean lobby and got myself together. In about half an hour, they told me my vehicle was ready and I’d such a hard day they weren’t going to charge me. So naturally, I started crying again and gave everybody hugs. I’m very grateful for their kindness and since they wouldn’t let me pay them, I’m sending them Gatorade and snacks as a token of my appreciation. Nicest folks ever, and my new mechanics.
