Great overall experience. I called to get the radiator fan on my 2006 Miata replaced. They were super helpful and kept me updated and called when they had a quote. It ended up costing less than the quote which was awesome. Both people that I spoke with, the one that called and the one who worked on my car, were friendly and very knowledgeable. I only had one issue and it was just that my aftermarket cold air intake didn't get fully connected back, but it wasn't a big deal. Overall great experience, will definitely bring my car back if I have any issues!

This isn't Yankeegirl. This is her husband. I was very impressed with the kind service of the 2 gentlemen I dealt with. The best thing that impressed me was their integrity. I am not a mechanic, and for the problem I described, they could have done things I didn't need and charged me a very high price. They only repaired what I needed, and charged me a small fraction of what I thought I would be charged. Thank you for your honesty and quick service! At the beginning customer service seem to be pleasant. They called me to discuss the possible fix for my vehicle. Once I started asking questions about how they were going to fix it and to possibly see the problem the guy at the front this Jeff gave attitude. I asked to talk to the maintenance guy who worked on the car since Jeff seem to not have the answers. He finally went to go get the maintenance guy which approached me with attitude. They tried to overcharge me and was upset that I was asking about the fix of my vehicle. Only thing they can say is they can fix it not giving any answers to my questions poor customer service in my opinion.

This place used to have a great customer service . In other words, in detail step by step. What need it to be done this guy that is in the counter now. Honestly sucks. He can’t put a sentence together or explain anything ( I miss Jimmy he was the best ). My advice is Before you do any repairs on you vehicle, make sure he explains in detail or get a quote ( almost impossible). Don’t be surprised if he double charges for a simple job……

Nice group of guys. Very honest and good about trying to find you the best deal on your tires. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because they didn't explain to me that because I bought a different brand of tire than the factory one I was replacing, it would cause my car to want to pull to the right. However, overall very pleased with them.
