I drive past a few dealership to get service at Liberty Chevrolet. The staff there is prompt, knowledgeable, welcoming, and communicate well. I have never had an issue there. The have been perfect for my needs. (Although, all dealerships seem to take a little long when it comes to service times.)

Went in for an alignment. After the alignment, I was told the car was driving straight. However, the car was still just as bad as it was when it went in. After paying for the service they then told me that additional work was needed. I had the car to a different mechanic today and he informed me that there is NO WAY an alignment was done and that I had been ripped off by Liberty Chevrolet. I will NEVER use Liberty Chevrolet again and I will make sure EVERYONE I know and EVERYONE who asks if I have ever used you knows about my experience. I want my $119.95 refunded!

I was quoted $351.00 at the time of making my appointment. I ended up paying $1080.00 at the time I finally got my car back. I had an 8:30am appointment and they did not finish a rear brake job (with new pads and rotors) and oil change until 3:30pm. The system was not working so I did not receive an update/tracker link and had to call multiple times to even reach someone and then when I was told the would call back give them time to walk out and see what’s going on I had to call back almost 30 minutes later. Probably need to consider not allowing bad quotes to go over the phone shocking moment to hear I have an unexpected $1000.00 bill.
