This was one of the most efficient service experiences I've had. They replaced a battery and did an oil change and the wait time was about half as long as the last time I went to a dealership. Nice, clean waiting area. Staff was professional. Gave recommendations but didn't do a hard sell. I'll definitely be back.

I got some work done on my car a few weeks ago. I don’t know anything about cars but Kris was very helpful. He told me exactly what I needed and he was able to do the job much quicker than I expected at a fair price. He had incredible customer service and his work space was very clean and neat. I got my car back in the perfect condition as if he was never there. And now it runs as smooth as I first got it! I've been going to the Johns Creek location for over 5 years for tires and service on my vehicles and sadly I must drive by other tire and service location to be taken care of by the best I've found. Dealerships don't get it done for me. I've driven over a million miles in my 55 years of driving and want my vehicles running like they're new and the service writers (Dave and Rick) and mechanics keep me completely satisfied with no complaints and that's why I keep going back there. We know each other by first names and it's like we're family. The waiting room is clean and comfortable with a counter to charge laptops and phones while using there wifi. For my needs and I'm picky the Tires Plus location in Johns Creek is the best of its kind near me and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
