Suwanee Service Station did a great job repairing my vehicle. Considering the job at hand it was diagnosed, and repaired in a timely manner. While the repair was expensive, it was much more reasonable than another nearby shop (which I will not name here). Zach and Scottie took good care of me, and were very friendly. The issue appears to be fixed, and I would recommend this business!
View on Google1. Came in (8:45) with two nails in my tire, replaced them all (good), told them to fix alignment as well, which was worse when I got it back 2. Went back (10am) to tell them fix my alignment which I paid for, and they upsole me and told me my axels are bad and that should fix alignment - I needed my car in 3 hours. They said yes it will be ready in three hours. 3. Called back 4 hours later (3pm) and asked, they said it will be ready in an hour they are still working on it, at that point it was too late and had to get to work. 4. They Called me back at 4:55pm - 5mins before closing saying car is ready - the next day was Sunday so I was car-less for 2 days 5. Then they called/texted me three times to bump up my review from one to two, so I obliged.
View on GoogleI had a sudden incident on road going over something that popped my steering fluid pump and thank gooodnesss they were open over weekend for me to go asap in the morning ! They were very communicative and worked with me on how to move forward with payment and what to look out for and was very quick with getting things done while maintaining communication still and great hospitality and manners :)
View on GoogleDon’t bring your car!! I paid them for an alignment and 3 tires. Alignment was done correctly and my car wasnt pulling to the right when driving. My Mercedes is not driving the same. If I didn’t have flat tires I would have never went to them! I got the before and after pics of the alignment looks like it was never done the first time
View on GoogleHey, service was exceptional. Needed some work done on my 2012 range rover supercharged sports, was a little difficult to get a good diagnosis. I was not charge for the service of $214 I believe that was the price. I really appreciate that.
