We’ve moved to several different states due to my husband’s work, and in each place, we’ve always taken our car to independent Mercedes-Benz specialists for our GLS 450. Their rates are much more reasonable than dealerships, and they still provide excellent service. Now that we’re in Georgia, we wanted to support the Mercedes-Benz dealership in Northeast Atlanta, but unfortunately, their next available appointment wasn’t for another month—which doesn’t work with my busy schedule as a mom. That’s when we found Startech Mercedes-Benz Specialists here in Suwanee, GA, and we couldn’t be happier! From the very first phone call, I spoke with Dianna, the service advisor, and Joseph from the office—both were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. The pricing is also very fair and transparent. On top of that, they have a cozy and comfortable waiting room, which makes a big difference when you’re juggling a busy day. We’re so glad we found them and highly recommend Startech to anyone looking for quality Mercedes-Benz service without the dealership wait times or high fees!

I initially brought my car to Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta Northeast on Nov 17, 2025 for service and a check engine light. I have a GLE 450. They kept my car 2–3 weeks and charged $4,500. Two days after pickup, the check engine light returned. I brought it back. They kept it another two weeks and charged $3,600, stating two fuel injectors needed replacement. By that same week, the check engine light came back again and the car was idling loudly. I then took my car to StarTech Mercedes, where Joseph immediately showed professionalism and concern. They diagnosed the issue thoroughly, kept my car only two days, and confirmed the fuel injectors were not the root issue—and that I had been charged for two injectors when only one had been replaced. It has now been over two weeks with NO check engine light. StarTech operates with integrity and transparency and most of all the repair was affordable! I am grateful that they were able to fix my car and made it safe to drive again for me and my family.

I’ve made them my permanent Auto maintenance shop. When I first bought my Mercedes , I brought it here for its first inspection and I must say, for my experiences with auto shops as a woman.. they have not been all that great, a lot of people try to get over on you and upcharge but everyone here was so down to earth and honest . Very professional and make you feel welcomed . They don’t charge an arm and a leg for minor repairs or for any kind . I’m grateful to have found them and I’m never switching!
