We’ve been brining our cars to Robert’s for a while and I just brought my car for the first time last week since it has changed ownership. I’m pleased to say that it was a great experience and I felt very trusting of the mechanics. They did a great job with my car and didn’t recommend any unnecessary services like other car places have in the past. Everything they did was a needed service for my car and they had the job done quickly. I especially appreciated the break down of the quote with pictures of things they were recommending!

I recently discovered Robert's Automotive and have been taking my wife's car here a handful of times now and I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else. The team is knowledgeable, honest, and takes the time to explain what needs to be done without ever trying to upsell unnecessary work - literally zero pressure. Finding a mechanic you can trust is VERY difficult, but these guys have consistently delivered quality work, fair pricing, and excellent customer service. Whether it's routine maintenance or a more complicated repair, they've always gotten the job done right the first time. If you're looking for an auto shop that treats customers with respect and stands behind their work, I highly recommend giving them a call. It's refreshing to work with people who genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Highly recommended.

The car lives in Savannah and the Roberts ensured it would be ready same day since our daughter had a one day off time frame. We requested brakes (whatever it needed), an oil change, tire rotation and a brake flush. Upon pick up we were informed the rear brakes are fine and the brake fluid looked new. Checked our records and found that the fluid was changed in January this year. While the service writer at JC Lewis in Savannah treats us fairly and does not “find” problems, the brakes at Roberts were hundreds less than the dealer quote. An HONEST shop!!!

No such thing as an honest mechanic...UNTIL NOW! I just want to say a huge thanks to the shop. This is now the only place I will take my vehicles to. They are nice and very informative. They called me and talked me through everything they found wrong with my Jeep Wrangler, and there was a lot! Funny thing though, the dealership quoted me basically the cost of a used car to replace my engine and other things. Robert's actually took the time to go through the engine and really diagnose the issues. They gave me all my options and I went with them. Not only does my jeep run like nothing happened, they cost me 4 times less than the dealership. Truly awesome folks at this place and well worth the drive.
