Othneal Autobody was very professional from the first time I called them to drop the car off , all the way to the time at pickup. They kept me informed! And were very precise in the estimate even before I dropped off the car! The owner has a lot of integrity and goes beyond the customer service! I highly recommend his service !
View on GoogleI was looking for someone to replace 2 broken panels and adjust my headlights for my truck. The first auto shop I went to did a really poor job, damaging the front panels and badly installing my new headlights. I found Othneal Body Repair online, reached out, and got a response back from Othneal within minutes. He was very knowledgeable and honest. He told me right away what needed to be done . When the parts arrived two days later, they painted them immediately. Danny did a tremendous job matching the paint to be exactly the same. They also adjusted the headlights and they look great now. Othneal and his team did an amazing job. My truck looks brand new. I am very happy with the customer service and his prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. They WILL take care of you and your vehicle!

View on GoogleDon’t BELIEVE these reviews or TRUST the guy who claim to be the owner ! he scammed me and my insurance company and currently the business is under fraud investigation , he over $9k from my insurance and didn’t even replace the part he was supposed to change and didn’t repair my car the way he got paid for ! He is one of the special one do not let him fool you he will destroy your car and think he can get away with it , at-least not this time ! My attorney working hard to get him what he deserve this time ! Be aware of this shop and the operation DO NOT TAKE THIS CAR TO HIM , YOU WILL REGRET THIS .
