This shop absolutely saved the day! I was in quite the sticky situation with a shady dealer that sold me a car without a passing emissions inspection that then failed a second emissions inspection as well. When I called later into the day they told me they would be able to perform the full vehicle inspection before they closed. When I arrived and explained the situation I was in with the dealer and that I needed him to prove that the car failing the emissions and the subsequent check engine light was not my fault, he looked at the car and confirmed my suspicions. He helped explain to the dealer that the computer had likely been reset before I purchased the vehicle and the only reason the light was on was because the computer in the car finally had enough data to read and turn the check engine light on and that lack of readiness (reset computer) was the reason the car failed the very first emissions inspection. After he looked at the paperwork that the dealer filled out with the initial sale he explained that he was not allowed to sell the car without a passing emissions inspection in the first place. Thanks to them I was able to return the car and get a full refund of my money! I cannot express how thankful I am that I was directed to them in the first place and that they helped me so much as well!

I brought Jacob and team my exhausted (lol) high mileage (181k) hard driven daily modified 2010 NC Miata, to fix some persistent issues as well some maintenance. Jacob and team went above and beyond to take care of my Miata. They were professional and thorough in their diagnose, service and repairs and resolved every issue. They are skilled expert mechanics and are passionate about cars. A rare combination. They did an amazing job. Highly recommend them. The first time took some diagnostic work to figure out what was wrong and the team was very communicative throughout the process. The second time I had a window break and they took it in same day and made sure that my car was protected while they waited on the part. Their team is knowledgeable and kind and does a great of helping you understand everything.
