I've been living in this area since past 12 years but don't know why it took me almost 12 years to use the services of Mathis Auto. Been taking my 14 year old Honda CRV here a few times since Oct 2025 for battery change, oil change, belt & tensioner change, brake pads change, headlight assembly replacement and freon topping (all age related usual issues). Dexter and his crew know their stuff, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. They are not "salesy" at all. Meaning, no frills, no bells & whistles, no song & dance. They talk straight to the point, and execute their work neatly without overcharging. They are honest, dependable, and very trustworthy. Frankly, my car actually runs like a new one now. Going forward, this is my go-to place for any car servicing.

Dexter runs a tight ship! They do $20 emissions as well. All of the mechanics are friendly & provide quality service for my vehicle. I drive a 2014 Jeep & I don’t have patience nor the money to be charged at the Jeep Dealership. When you are covered under warranty & have free oil changes because you have a brand new vehicle sure. Jeep charges $180 just to diagnose a problem when your Malfunction Indicator Light is on. Mathis has honest pricing for the labor hours. So glad I was referred to come here. I will be back next time I need an oil change that’s for sure

He finally found a guy after bring sent bogus parts by many others. Also, very important to note, continued service after the initial repair when the check engine light kept coming on.
