I don’t usually write reviews, but I really wanted to thank HB Auto for such a great experience 😊 ❤️🙏🏻 As a woman, going to a mechanic can honestly feel stressful because you never know if you’re being overcharged or taken advantage of. 😬 I’ve had bad experiences in the past, so I really appreciated how honest and upfront everyone at HB Auto was from the beginning. They explained everything clearly, were fair about pricing, and never made me feel pressured. On top of that, the turnaround was quicker than I expected, which was such a nice surprise 🚗🙌🏻 It’s hard to find a shop that makes you feel comfortable and like they genuinely care instead of just trying to make money off you. I’m really glad I found this place and would absolutely recommend them to others, especially women looking for a mechanic they can trust 💛

HB AUTO SUWANEE Thankfully I was recommended to this shop by a good friend and my wife and I are grateful I had a previous bad experience with a big name Mechanic shop in Suwanee (Christian Brothers) and from the very first experience with them I constantly felt like I was being taken advantage of with sky high prices and questionable Diagnosis on my vehicle Long story short I never really understood how bad I was being taken advantage of until I came to HB AUTO who not only gave me Honest feedback and solid diagnosis on my vehicle but also Was able to repair three times as many issues as CB’s, But also for the same price that CB’s tried to quote me just to fix my AC, so here’s a rundown For what CB Quoted me to fix my AC, HB AUTO not only fixed my AC, but put on new tires (which i needed for sure) As well as replace the tire pressure sensors (Which I also needed) But not only that - at first he quoted me to replace the CO2 sensors ( CAT Was throwing codes) but then let us know when we picked up the car that the Sensor was actually just unplugged So basically, instead of saying “hey by the way the reason Your Catalytic converter is throwing codes is cause you need two catalytic converters, - He was honest and just let us know that he plugged it back in. Everything he said he was going to do, he did and it works and my car is back to normal The fact that I feel like I finally found an honest mechanic/shop makes me feel so much More at ease when dropping my car off and Knowing that I don’t have to wander whether or not I’m being treated with honesty and dignity HB AUTO Will be the only shop that I go to from now on and will be the only auto shop that I can confidently recommend in Suwanee Thank you For taking care of my car and treating me and my wife with respect 5 Stars all day long

Great experience with Henry and H B Auto Team. Honest, quick, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. Pricing was fair and they explained everything clearly. Definitely coming back next time I need work done.

I have been coming to Henry for 15-20 years with all our family vehicles and he and Chris are not only great mechanics but they are "your mechanic friends" everyone wants to have because they are honest, fair priced and will even tell you when your car doesn't need anything fixed that you think it does!

There aren’t many shops that I can fully trust with my vehicles. HB Auto is a shop you can trust 100% to not only do great work, but also being very honest. This is very hard to find in any shop now and days. I have been a long time customer and will continue to be one. I would recommend them to a friend.
