Lots of issues with receiving the correct parts for vehicles from auto parts store That along with the fact that they were short staffed added to the long wait. 5 and half hour for brake job. Others there were waiting longer than that. Price competitive with other shops in area, and the work comes with guarantee. Chris who works front desk is very professional and the techs are as well. My only suggestion would be not go on Fridays many people trying to get car repaired foe weekend.

I had a great experience at Tires Plus! Although my part took a while to be delivered, the store manager, Bonnell, kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure I knew exactly what was going on with the delay. I initially came in thinking I knew what was wrong with my vehicle and requested a specific repair. However, the technician (I unfortunately forgot his name) still took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle and identified a different issue. I trusted his professional recommendation—and I’m glad I did, because his findings were correct and the recommended repair completely resolved my problem. Zack was also on staff and very helpful during my visit. A huge thank you to Mr. Bonnell for his assistance and for keeping me updated on the parts delay. He was actually scheduled to get off work but stayed until my part arrived and my vehicle was fully repaired, which I truly appreciated. 10 out of 10 for customer service and professionalism. Highly recommend!
