Outstanding customer service, outstanding product knowledge, outstanding overall business! I can’t be more appreciative to the entire team at Stone Mountain body shop! I truly was expecting a 4 to 6 week timeline before I was able to get my vehicle back, but I received it within five days before expected. I’m grateful that I have found a facility like this is close to my home where I can get work done and feel good about the quality of service, the cost and a projected return of my vehicle! I don’t leave reviews often, but this one is well deserved. As a woman, a veteran, and someone who’s worked in contracting, I’ve had my fair share of being overcharged, brushed off, and given the runaround when it comes to car repairs. So I don’t walk into shops blindly—I pay attention to how I’m treated, how things are explained, and whether there’s integrity behind the service. Stone Mountain Body Shop exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with respect. No pressure, no confusion, no inflated pricing—just clear communication and honest guidance. They took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle, what actually needed to be fixed, and what could wait. That alone speaks volumes. What stood out the most is that they didn’t try to take advantage of me. Instead, they made sure I understood everything and felt comfortable with the process. That level of professionalism and transparency is rare. I came in stressed and uncertain, and left feeling confident, taken care of, and grateful to have finally found a shop I can trust. Stone Mountain Body Shop did an excellent job on my car repair. The staff was friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the process. The staff is Amazing. Chris listened to concerns and worked with me getting my car repaired. I completed an out pocket claim. He put all my fears to rest. He was always professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I had been to 4 other repaired shops. They were the BEST. Mesha was also amazing. Always greeted me with a smile in person and on the phone. She was always attentive, friendly and professional. My car was purchased used. They made it look better than when I bought it. I cannot THANK them enough. I HIGHLY recommended them. They gave me an ETA of repairs. I'm so pleased, so happy.

I was involved in a minor accident , which caused damage to my driver door . Mesha and the rest of the team gave me a realistic estimate of damage and turnaround time before work began, and everything was delivered promptly as promised. My car looks good as new and I’m very pleased with the result . If you ever need work done this is the place to go. Seriously .
