The customer service was outstanding, and they treated me with respect from the moment I walked in. Came for a replacement tire 2 weeks ago. First they didn’t have the tire that fit my car but me being in a bind, had no choice but to let them put it on. Not even 3 days later tires started looking slack. By the 4th day, completely flat. Came back there 5 days after having it done and instead of replacing it, they plugged it. I argued that it would probably be best for a new one but that would be an additional charge and they still don’t have the right tire for my truck. Now, once again 5 days later, tire is slack and whatever “plug” they used failed. Don’t waste your time and money here. Go KM Tires. About 10 bucks cheaper and won’t have you coming back because they gave you a crappy tire

I purchased a used tire from them and was totally aware of their 7 day exchange warranty. Overnight on day 7 the tire again to lose air . I took it back to them the morning of day 8 and right away they got defensive stating that I was outside of the warranty coverage.. They added air and told me to bring it back if there are any issues. The tire lost the added air again. Upon further inspection they noticed some side wall degradation and said that It was my fault ; I must have hit something. I was totally calm but the manager was aggressively coming at me in a very accusatory way. He said how much did you pay? I showed him the receipt(I paid $80). He offered me a "deal" for a different tire at $70. I said , no thanks! I will never do business with Royalty Tires and Motors #2 again. BEWARE!

second time using their service i won't be going anywhere else. They don't gouge you, they do excellent work and i wasn't feeling well and he offered me water a coffee. You just don't get that type of customer service anymore. I will be recommending everyone I know to this place
