I highly recommend Piedmont Auto Service. Luke, Lee, and Keith are all great people who truly care about their customers. They are honest, professional, and easy to work with, and they make the whole process feel straightforward and trustworthy. I live more than 15 miles away, but I have gladly made the trek to Piedmont Auto Service for over 5 years because I know I can count on them to do things the right way. It is hard to find an auto shop where you feel confident you are being treated fairly, but Piedmont Auto Service delivers every time. Great service, great people, and a business I would gladly recommend to anyone. I even sent my mom to them to purchase her last car!

Let me just say this, Mr. Lee & Mr. Luke has exceptional customer service, they were able to assist with Ford 2013 issues we had been having for some time and blessed us with everything we needed to get back on the road. Lee and Luke were absolutely amazing. I reached out to Lee after we had a bad dealing with a shady mechanic. Lee was a pleasure to speak to over the phone and assured me that he would look at our situation. Our technician Luke was the best. He not only fixed what another mechanic had completely screwed up, he also took the time to explain to us and show us the parts that he replaced. He provided us with videos and stayed in contact with us the entire time. After the repair services were completed, our payment transaction was smooth; I couldn't have asked for a better experience after being so devastated by a bad mechanic. Needless to say, we have found our new shop and we won't be calling anyone else for any other repairs. I appreciate Lee and his team more than I can ever explain.
